Dr. Sheyla Gonzalez
Dr. Sheyla Gonzalez earned her medical degree at St. George’s University Medical School and
completed her residency in Internal Medicine at HCA Aventura Hospital, where she is also
served as Chief Resident. She currently has hospital privileges at Jackson North and Baptist
Homestead Hospital. She was born in Cuba, studied medicine in Grenada and then practiced
medicine in Miami. This has provided her with a wide range to understand and appreciate
different patient’s cultures.
She is a compassionate physician who strives to build a
relationship with her patients to work together create a treatment plan. Nel and Shey Medical
Center is a great opportunity to build her dream practice. With a focus on patient-centered medicine
and preventing care. Daughter and Father working together to create a community where patient

Dr. Nelson Gonzalez
Dr. Nelson Gonzalez is a Family Practice Physician in Miami , Florida. Graduated in 2008 of
family physician in University of Puerto Rico , but his vocation from medicine start early
in life , graduated medical doctor 1987 from university of Havana , graduated of Internal
Medicine in 1990 and have a post graduated in critical care 1992 , his initial formation in
tertiary care make him realize that the truth medicine is a primary care , that if your able
to provide dedicated care and treatments even before that a medical problem happen you will
improve lifestyle of your patient regardless of their age.
With his experience and knowledge
